After nearly two years gone, we are back from our hiatus. As you may have read on the first page - we lost the co-founding member to our team last October. In the same year we also lost two members, who moved to different cities. For the last several months the remaining team has been trying to decide what we should do with our little society. 2010 -2011 was incredibly exciting for this group. We conducted some amazing investigations and gathered wonderful data during our analysis. Despite suffering loss in our team, we have decided that the show must go and and WIPS should stay the course of helping those in need. WIPS is now accepting new members to the group. We are currently only looking for female investigators, trying to stay true to the ideas this society was built on. Hello to everyone :)
It has been a long time since we've posted our blog. Everyone has been extremely busy in the Summer and early Fall which has led to less activity on our website. Life has slowed down a bit and our society has increased in activity which is the balance that everyone wanted to see happen. Our team has been growing and revamping itself in the last few months and you'll be seeing the changes of it soon on the site. Please keep checking back to our investigation pages as we havea few new ones headed your way. As you may have read on the main page updates - we are going to be conducting an investigation in a nationally regocnized haunted building. The team is very excited at the opportunity we have been given and are looking forward to cutting our teeth on this new experience. In the next week we'll be uploading some new investigation pages including some video, audio and photos. We have gotten very good at debunking occurences during our investigation. Eden cemetary was revisited, we have completed another home investigation and are anxiously awaiting the investigations of the future. In other news: We have new equipment arriving next week! Eden Cemetery stuff is taking a long time to post because we're conducting the website in several parts. We're continuing to add research every week and this is making it a little difficult for us to post our reports as they are continuing to change weekly. Our audio software is finally working and we're hoping to post some sounds this week once we get it cut and bookmarked.
