*Message from the founder*
I am sorry to all our followers but Char, the co- founder of WIPS and my dear friend, passed away in October. She battle cancer for 11 months and died on the 15th. I didn't know if I wanted to continue with WIPS but I know that she would of wanted me to. So after I have taken time off, I am ready to get started again. The last official investigation was in November 2010. We will be posting that in the next few days. - Shirley
